What happens if we have fewer than the minimum players?
Player minimums exist to make sure each event is worth tracking — you'll get better analytics with a full roster. If you're slightly below, contact us and we can usually accommodate small-roster sessions at a flat rate. For events well below the minimum, we'd recommend combining with another team or rescheduling.
Do you charge for setup, equipment, or travel?
No. The rates you see include sensors, on-site setup, full data capture, and post-event analytics. Travel surcharges may apply for events outside our standard service area — we'll always disclose that up front in your quote.
Is there a minimum commitment or contract?
None. Book a single tryout, one practice, or anywhere in between — there's no annual agreement, no subscription, no auto-renewal. You pay per event, period.
How fast do we get the reports after the event?
Most analytics — leaderboards, basic skill metrics, time-on-ice — are available within minutes of the final whistle. Full game replay, heatmaps, and advanced reports typically land within 24 hours.
Can a team book a whole season of games?
We're growing fast. The best way to lock in regular event tracking for your team is to talk to us about becoming a Facility Partner, or to request a Program Partner conversation. Either way, we'll work with you on scheduling.
Do parents and players get access to the data?
Yes. Every tracked player receives an invite to their individual report, where they can review their skill profile, watch their game footage with overlay data, and track their development over time. Coaches and team admins see the full roster view.
What's the program partner program?
It's a revenue-sharing partnership designed to help your program grow. We partner with associations, teams, and youth hockey organizations to bring NHL-level analytics to their members while generating new income for the program. Contact us for partnership terms.
Can we mix event types in one booking?
Absolutely — a common booking is a tryout + skills combine on the same day. We'll structure pricing to give you the most favorable rate available across the mix.
What's the difference between Standard Rate and Group Rate?
The Standard Rate ($149 / player) applies to single-team events. The Group Rate ($129 / player) applies when two teams share a tracked event — we track both rosters and provide the host program with a partnership rebate.
What's the College Promo Package?
An optional recruiting add-on that pairs your tracked event with a professionally edited highlight video, AthleteIQ live stats overlay, and a scouting-ready submission package built for college coaches. Pricing is custom — contact us to discuss your event.
